Occupational Therapist, Wareham, MA

The Key Program is currently seeking a Part-Time (20/hour per week) Occupational Therapist to work with adolescent males in a group home program located in Wareham, MA. The hours available are flexible but would need to be after-school or weekend hours.
What you will bring
Initial certification by National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy
Current licensing by the American Occupational Therapy Certification Board
Registered with the State Board of Registration in Allied Health Professionals
Two years of experience as an occupational therapist, preferably in school system or other pediatric practice setting.
What you will do
Provide direct Occupational Therapy evaluations and re-evaluations, including assessment of prior and current level of function, setting individualized goals and making discharge recommendations in accordance with standards of practice; provide direct OT treatments according to standards of practice, including child and family education, progression of treatment plan and implementation of appropriate therapeutic interventions; report on child's progress through appropriate written documentation including evaluation forms, progress notes, education forms; and collaborate with physicians, social workers, children, family and other members of the health care team relative to the child's treatment and progress as well as other affiliated agencies with regard to effective discharge planning.
What you will receive
A competitive wage:
$43.50 - 46.50 per hour
Due to the part-time nature of the position, it does not include health benefits.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
