3 Year (Required) A small local Accounting Firm services, located in Wareham , Ma Seeking a Full Charger Bookkeeping and Payroll The Bookkeeper reports to the Offices Manager , and coordinates and executes day to day financial management duties.
These duties include responsibility for each company for:
Regular ( monthly) reporting Payroll (monitoring and input to outside payroll service) Annual audits for payroll Experience and Training Requirements:
3 years qualified bookkeeping/accounting experience, Payroll experience Knowledge of bookkeeping & basic accounting practices, Payroll Competency with QuickBooks and Microsoft software Excellent organizational and personal time management skills Ability to function well in a busy office with multiple projects and responsibilities Willingness to assist as needed with other functions of a busy professional office Accounting or related degree preferred but not required Job Type:
