Hybrid, Monday - FridayThe Senior Credit Representative is responsible for assessing and managing credit risk in an assigned account portfolio within the order to cash cycle, ensuring compliance with departmental and corporate guidelines.
This role involves daily contact with customers to resolve A/R issues, manager orders against credit lines, establish credit lines, negotiate secured credit options, process new accounts and mentor teammates.
Responsibilities:
Continuously monitor credit risk of individual accounts within the portfolio.
Analyze performance data, payment trends, scoring, and financial statements.
Draft reports and present credit risk assessments to recommendations.
Negotiate and implement secured credit options.
Contact customers to resolve past due balances.
Use software to prioritize collections and maintain documentation.
Independently negotiate acceptable workout plans.
Process new account applications, verify information and maintain customer recordsMeet with customers and sales representatives to enhance relationships.
Negotiate compromises concerning credit relationships.
Accept adjoc assignments and produce quality work products.
Qualifications:
High School diploma with Associate Degree preferred5-8 years of related work experience in commercial credit and collections with a focus on risk analysis and portfolio managementAbility to speak Spanish/and or French is preferredIf this sounds interesting to you, stop your search today and apply!About the Company:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
